We had an emergency at our home in February 2026 where our cat climbed down inside our concrete block wall in our basement. We were horrified when we discovered where he was. Police and fire tried to help, but were unable to locate and extract him. I called Mark. He answered the phone and was at our home within an hour. Mark and his son were truly our angels that day! Working together, they were able to more precisely locate where our cat was inside the wall, and with surgical precision, removed the necessary concrete safely so as not to further injure out cat, and were able to extract him. We had been frantic looking for our cat for nearly 23 hours and Mark and his son literally saved his life! Mark returned a few days later and patched the areas that needed to be refilled and charged us a very reasonable rate for all of his time, labor and materials. Mark also repaired a sagging pilaster in our basement, again for a most reasonable rate, and it is holding very well after 4 years.
